Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to establish and lead the HR function at our growing tech startup.

This pivotal role involves building the HR foundation from scratch driving employee engagement creating a positive work culture and ensuring operational excellence across all peoplerelated processes.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a thriving workplace managing the full employee lifecycle and aligning HR practices with business goals.





Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

    • Own the endtoend hiring process to attract top talent including sourcing interviewing and onboarding.

    • Source profiles through various channels such as job portals networking referrals and social media.

    • Develop a strong employer brand to attract diverse and highquality candidates.

    • Coordinate with managers to understand hiring requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.

    • HR Operations

  • Employee onboarding/offboarding Payroll Leave & attendance Management

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes including goal setting reviews and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws health safety and workplace standards.
  • Handle sensitive employee matters including grievances disciplinary actions and exit formalities while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Office Administration.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Maintain and manage office asset allocation ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.

    • Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

      • Design and implement employee engagement activities to foster a collaborative and innovative culture.

      • Respond to questions requests and concerns from employees to promote job satisfaction

      • Organize teambuilding events workshops and recognition programs.

    • HR Policy Development & Implementation:

      • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies procedures and processes.

      • Educate employees on policies and ensure compliance across the organization.


      Qualifications & Requirements:

      Experience: 1 3 years of experience in HR preferably in startups or fastgrowing organizations.

      Skills:

      • Proven experience in talent acquisition employee engagement and HR policy implementation.

      • Strong organizational and communication skills.

      • Ability to work independently take ownership and deliver results.

      • Proficient in HR software and tools.
