The Travel Desk Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements for employees including flight bookings visa processing and accommodation arrangements. The specialist ensures compliance with travel policies negotiates with vendors and provides exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights accommodations car rentals and other transportation needs.
Ensure all travel bookings are made in compliance with the company s travel policy and budget.
Negotiate rates with airlines hotels and other travel service providers to secure the best deals.
Stay updated on visa requirements for different countries and ensure timely renewals and applications.
Assist employees in obtaining necessary travel documentation such as passports travel insurance and vaccination certificates.
Provide comprehensive travelrelated support and assistance to employees.
Address and resolve any travelrelated issues changes or emergencies efficiently.
Maintain clear and effective communication with travelers providing timely updates on travel itineraries and changes.
Maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements expenses and documentation.
Prepare and submit travel expense reports and reconciliation
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management Travel and Tourism or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 510 years of experience in a travel desk or similar role with a strong understanding of domestic and international travel arrangements and visa processing.
Skills:
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
Full Time
