Close new business consistently at or above quota level
Work closely and collaboratively with sales management to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
Schedule and conduct needs qualification calls and product demonstrations with prospects
Research accounts identify key players generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity

Strong problemsolving skills and demonstrated ability to overcome objections Previous SDR experience and familiarity with the human resources space is an asset
Superior communications skills excellent verbal capacity and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation

Eligibility:
Experience in CRM tools and softwares will be highly anticipated
A selfstarter with a track record of time management proven customer service skills and exceptionally organized.
Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email voicemail MS Office)
Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
Bachelors degree in Business or Liberal Arts is a must
