experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have strong communication skills experience in handling customer complaints and a proven
ability to lead teams and meet targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with customers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our branding.
- Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally aiming for effective solutions and positive outcomes.
- Lead and Mentor Team: Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
- TargetOriented Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals and meet set targets including customer retention and referral metrics.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in both products and services.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports to senior management on customer satisfaction levels team performance and complaint resolution statistics.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally to customers and team members.
- Previous experience in a customerfacing role preferably within the automobile or related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle customer complaints with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team with the ability to influence and guide others to achieve targets and goals.
- Strong focus on meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
