We are looking for a Telecaller for an automobile industry dedicated to providing quality
products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated
individuals to join our dynamic team as Telcaller.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through phone calls to introduce and promote our products and services.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information regarding vehicle features pricing and availability.
- Update and maintain customer records in the database.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to close sales.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Clear confident and articulate spoken English and/or regional languages.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and basic data entry skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales or call targets.
- No prior experience required but prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Female candidates are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
