Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Billing Executive to join a leading twowheeler automobile. The Billing Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes maintaining financial records and providing excellent service to the customers. This position requires a strong understanding of billing procedures attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.
- Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries discrepancies and provide necessary information.
- Reconcile payments with invoices and update records accordingly.
- Maintain organized and uptodate records of customer invoices payments and related documentation.
- Generate regular reports on billing activities outstanding payments and other relevant metrics.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or any graduate.
- Freshers can also apply.
- 06 months experience in tally.
- Familiarity with billing software and systems.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Location Panaji Goa.
