Job Description

Sales Manager is required for our company to be based in Russia/Nigeria/Pakistan/ India/ Argentina/ Mexico/ Indonesia/ Europe/ Brazil/ Bangladesh/ Iraq/ Philippines/ Iraq/ Egypt/ South Africa anywhere in the world we are wellknown supplier of chemical raw materials mainly to the Middle East and African countries with more than 50 years of experience. Who supply highquality products from wellknown multinational principals to the Lubricants Rubber Coating Foam and Adhesives Industries. We are proud to hold a solid reputation within the market for being a strong competitor as well as an employer of the choice.

Due to their expanding portfolio of clients and rapid sales growth are now hiring an experienced Country Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager to focus on sales of raw material to the Lubricant Additives the person hired for this position will be working from home and reporting to the head which is based in Dubai

As an experienced Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager you will have excellent technical skills and use consultative selling methods and be capable of dealing with all types of clients at all levels being comfortable in highlevel negotiations in a competitive environment.

Working with an existing client base you will be expected to grow the portfolio of clients building solid relationships make regular visits and calls to them.

As well as technical knowledge you will have high attention to details being able to easily close the deals and work with the logistic team to ensure ontime delivery of the products to your clients.

Your organization and planning skills are essential to your success and achieving your sales target.

Job Responsibilities

  • Representation of our Products in defined area of responsibility
  • Implementing budgets and plans as specified for designated sales area
  • Targeted acquisition of new customers in industrial target segments and establishment of a structure of mediumsized and major industrial customers
  • Expansion and support of existing clients as well as prospective customers
  • Elaborating and implementing strategies/concepts/projects for effective customer acquisition development and retention (business optimization)
  • Customer and lead management via CRM
  • Handling of tenders including postprocessing
  • Expansion and support of existing clients as well as prospective customers
  • Processing of customer inquiries giving expert consultation on relevant products and their application
  • Strong commitment and reliability independent mode of operation very structured and organized approach
  • Ability for selfmotivation and time management
  • Fluent in both English and local language written and spoken
  • Based on your target sales achievement and the annual KPI review you will be rewarded with valuable incentives in addition to your salary package which will be defined based on your work experience in the business.
