Job Description
The opportunity
The Aftersales Parts Logistics Lead is part of the Global Car Service & Repair Experience department and is responsible for the overall Aftersales and Service delivery. The focus is on increasing customer service satisfaction Aftersales revenue product and operational cost. High focus now on our coming car projects and changing business model as well as stabilizing our daily operation. At Polestar you are expected to act fast together with your colleagues.
This position is located at our Gothenburg HQ.
The responsibilities
In this role youll be expected to take a lead on all deliveries related to aftersales parts supply and distribution globally including packaging engineering phasein/out planning campaigns order transportation warehousing and customs/Intrastat. You will mainly be operational but also expected to have some strategic thinking linked to the area of responsibility.

- Secure the launch of new cars with a focus on Spare Parts and Extras
- Phase in/out planning
- Campaign handling
- Collaborate with R&D and Procurement
- Collaborate with our Affiliates
- Performance followup
- Develop processes and tools
The ideal candidate
In order to succeed in this role and at Polestar in general there are a few characteristics youll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative to meet deadlines and requirements and to abandon ideas when theyre not feasible.

You are a confident communicator who can make decisions and take ownership of your tasks. Your ability to act independently and with autonomy is key as is your capacity to maintain a holistic perspective of the aftersales and service processes including parts logistics.
In addition youll need the following:
- Degree qualified in Industrial Engineering Science or similar. Or equivalent relevant working experience.
- Experience in Automotive aftersales or logistics.
- Experience in using logistics systems.
