WHAT YOULL DO
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping our global logistics network We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Network Tactical Lead to join our team. As a key player in our logistics strategy you will:
- Develop and implementa global target logistics network that sets new standards in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define and aligntactical roadmaps with the Logistics Network team and crossfunctional stakeholders to drive our logistics strategy forward.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure our logistics network design aligns seamlessly with our overall business strategies.
- Lead logistics network analytical projects with a focus on managing crossfunctional coordination and tactical implementations.
- Ensure followupon progress and timelines throughout tactical implementations keeping everything on track.
- Coordinate deliveriesof business and techrelated logistics projects considering dependencies with other projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Secure signofffrom relevant stakeholders and ensure a smooth handover to operational teams.
- Monitor and ensure visibilityon implementation progress keeping everyone informed.
- Stay up to dateon global logistics operational status KPIs issues and risks and proactively address challenges.
- Identify sustainability opportunitiesand challenges from social economic and environmental perspectives making a positive impact on our planet.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You will work within the logistics network strategy team and you will report directly to the Logistics Network Strategy Manager.

We are looking for people with...
- Astrategic and analytical mindsetwith the ability to plan prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Expertise in logistics and supply chain with a deep understanding of business needs for both retail and online businesses ideally within the retail or fashion industry.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skillswith central and regional stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Excellent presentation skills capable of explaining complex concepts to nonspecialists senior management and experts in other areas.
- Strategic logistics and supply chain experience with a sound understanding of operational processes.
- Ability to collaborate and navigatewith internal and external teams and stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Proficiency in translating business problems into modelsand drawing actionable conclusions based on outcomes.
