About the team:
You will be part of our Doha offices Advisory division which plays a critical role in supporting governmentrelated projects. The team consist of highly skilled professionals who specialize in advisory services to government clients. They work closely with both internal Fragomen teams and external stakeholders including government officials to deliver tailored advisory solutions.
About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a fixedterm contract for six months. In this role you will work closely with senior Fragomen stakeholders and government officials to drive impactful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Capital business processes demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting governmentrelated projects providing analytical insights and ensuring project success through careful coordination with internal and external stakeholders including Arabicspeaking counterparts. This role will report directly to the Head of the Advisory Division and involve providing onsite client support in Qatar when necessary.
Other key responsibilities will include:
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather define and document detailed business requirements in both Arabic and English.
Work with senior Fragomen leaders and government officials to ensure requirements are understood and translated into actionable technical specifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment.
Project Planning & Execution:
Assist in the development of project plans including task estimation scheduling and resource planning to ensure project milestones are met.
Contribute to project strategy discussions and provide actionable insights to optimize business processes.
User Support & Implementation:
Provide onsite support to clients during program rollouts and implementation phases ensuring smooth execution and resolution of any issues.
Act as a liaison between endusers and technical teams offering support and guidance during project deployment.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed project updates findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders with a focus on delivering highquality presentations in Arabic.
Efficiently document meeting discussions summarize action items and follow up on progress ensuring thorough recordkeeping in both Arabic and English.

About you:
We are looking for a motivated wellorganized and socially adept Business Analyst who thrives in a fastpaced highstakes environment. Ideally you have experience working with government entities and are comfortable representing the organization in both internal and external settings. You are proactive adaptable and capable of delivering results under tight deadlines.

Language Proficiency:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and delivering presentations.
Experience in documenting meeting discussions summarizing them into actionable items and ensuring effective followup in both languages.
Knowledge of business process mapping and data management techniques.
Familiarity with D365 (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
SectorSpecific Expertise:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst preferably within or in collaboration with government organizations in Qatar.
Experience in Human Capital development and management is an advantage.
Experience in project managements is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
A valid Qatar Residence Permit is preferred.
Flexibility to travel and provide onsite support to government clients as needed.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on time.
