Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Recruiter
- Ability to scan large volumes of resumes and sell to passive candidates
- Experience in Employer Branding methods
- Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
- Experience with tools such as ATS and HRIS
- A thinker and problemsolving skills
- Talent sourcing strategy
- Selfmotivated
- Team player
- Keen eye with a passion for personal growth
- Good timemanagement skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Tertiary degree
