Job Description

We are seeking 1 Internal Recruiter and 1 Recruitment Coordinator to join our clients team and support distinct sectors with their hiring needs.

Role 1: Internal Recruiter (Technical and Shared Services)

Sector: Security and Technology Solutions
Duration: 3 months
Reports To: Regional HR Manager

Overview:
You will support the Regional HRM in managing a temporary surge in recruitment demand. The focus is on filling 3040 vacancies across regions primarily in Singapore which serves as a regional hub and shared services centre. Roles include a mix of technical bluecollar and lowerlevel whitecollar positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vacancy briefings with hiring managers in the UK Singapore and Australia.
  • Source candidates via advertisements and agencies.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
  • Support hiring managers through interviews and hiring decisions.
  • Manage offer processes references and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate relationships up to the start date.

Additional responsibilities (when time allows)

  • Creating and enhancing attraction methods and selection processes
  • Reviewing future ATS options
  • Line manager training and upskilling on talent acquisition

Qualifications:

  • Experienced recruiter with inhouse or agency background.
  • Bluecollar recruitment experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Australian market; Asian experience desirable.
  • Resourceful processdriven and immediately available.

Role 2: Recruitment Coordinator (Banking Sector)

Sector: Banking and Financial Services
Duration: JanuaryAugust
Reports To: Talent Acquisition Business Partner/HR Manager

Overview:
This role supports a highperforming Talent Acquisition team focusing on delivering exceptional candidate experiences and ensuring seamless recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and manage candidate feedback.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (Avature).
  • Collaborate with offshore service providers to manage administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate onboarding including offer management documentation and orientation.
  • Work closely with HR and business partner teams to align recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Avature preferred).
  • Recruitment or HR experience essential.
  • Detailoriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
