Healthcare Center Executive Director
We are seeking a dynamic bilingual speaker in English and Mandarin and an experienced Healthcare Center Executive Director to lead one of our clinics in a highgrowth environment. This role is essentially the CEO of the clinic with full P&L responsibility. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in senior care a passion for excellence and a datadriven approach to management.
Essential Job Duties:

Monitor care delivery quality and ensure staff adherence to regulations policies and best practices.

Develop and lead a highperforming management team.

Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the clinics budget.

Build strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Participate in strategic planning and share best practices across the organization.
Job Requirements:
-
Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field plus managerial experience in a health or social services setting.

5 years experience in senior care program development and leadership.
-
3 years supervisory experience.
-
Demonstrated ability to drive improvements in patient experience.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

Experience using data to inform decisionmaking and prioritize initiatives.
