Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Doing application study as per the sales person’s inquiry Preparing the Techno commercial offer BOM with cost effective and proven solution.
-
Participate in discussion with sales person during technical discussion Negotiation.

Preparing the Technical WO Quality plan Contract review with engineering SOR with client Drawing verification.
-
Helping engineering and purchase for vendor development for automation products along with technical and pricing negotiation with vendor.
-
PLC/SCADA/HMI program development as per the SOR for automation products.
-
Preparing the test report of the automation panel under guidance/approval of HOD. Testing the panel join with client during inspection and coordination for dispatch activity.

Pre commissioning Cable scheduling Installation / commissioning repairing or hardware and software modifications or improvements in our supplied systems / product.

Providing fast response to the customers for their service call. This includes reaching customers site at minimum time or as directed by HOD. Retaining existing customers and providing service to them on daytoday basis and solving their problems.

Extensive traveling without any ifs buts and hustles.

Getting the drawings and other records updated for any modifications / improvements carried out at client’s place and providing the updated records to the clients. Generating application notes case studies operational manuals Presentation RFQs for sales promotional activity.

To carry out any specific task in time assigned by the superior.
Skill Required

PLC/SCADA/VFD Programming

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent site handling and presentation abilities

Understanding of customer behaviors and industry trends

Extensive accurate product knowledge

Ready to travel extensively

Ethical behavior
Qualification : BE/Diploma Electrical / Electronic & Communication / Instrumention
