This position is hybrid. The candidate will be required to be onsite three days a week.
**THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION. After the initialcontract engagement the manager would like to hire the contractor full time.The salary for the fulltime position is 000.00 per year. City of Raleigh is not able to offer sponsorship for the fulltime role. Onlycandidates available to work full time without sponsorship will be consideredfor this position.

You will playa key role in supporting and optimizing the ServiceNow platform with a focuson Customer Service Management (CSM) to enhance the customer experience acrossvarious city services. As a technology analyst you ll collaborate withtechnical teams and business users hands on to configure maintain andtroubleshoot the ServiceNow system while contributing to impactful projects ina rapidly evolving city recognized for its innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist insupporting the daytoday operations of the ServiceNow platform particularlyin Customer Service Management (CSM).
Collaboratewith senior analysts analysts and stakeholders to gather businessrequirements troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
Participatein configuring ServiceNow CSM modules creating workflows and improving thecustomer selfservice experience.
Help withsystem upgrades maintenance and enhancements to ensure platform stability.
Contribute totroubleshooting and resolving incidents ensuring timely customer support andissue resolution.
Work withcrossfunctional teams to understand how ServiceNow integrates with other citysystems.
Follow ITbest practices including the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) andInformation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards.
Typical Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor sdegree in information technology or a related field or equivalent experiencein IT support customer service management or related roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
12 years ofhandson experience with ServiceNow particularly with Customer ServiceManagement (CSM) or similar modules.
Familiaritywith JavaScript HTML CSS and SQL are a plus.
RelevantServiceNow certifications (CIS CAD) are a plus.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Basicunderstanding of ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems.
Willingnessto learn and develop skills in ServiceNow configuration development andadministration.
Strongcommunication skills with the ability to translate technical issues intouserfriendly solutions.
Collaborativework style eager to work with both technical and business teams.
Problemsolvingmindset with a customerfirst approach.
