Job Description
1 Handling database management by using Advanced Excel tools Macro experience required
2 Analyse existing operations protocols and processes and make improvement plans to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of CRM systems
3 Organisation skills with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
4 Generating reports multiple times a day to feed operation teams with required information.
5 Communicate with vendors internal stores and operations teams to on estimated orders for preparedness and planning
