Our client is a leading banking and digital finance platform in Southeast Asia that operates in 4 major countries: Indonesia Philippines Vietnam and Malaysia. Targeting an emerging market with an underserved but creditworthy and fastgrowing consumer group This Company currently provides users with digital banking consumer credit digital investment and insurance brokerage services fulfilling financial needs for a wide range of customers.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to the Director to provide dedicated administrative support to the Board of Directors (BOD). The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules coordinating communication and ensuring seamless execution of tasks in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Effectively coordinate and manage the BODs calendars including scheduling appointments meetings and events to optimize time management.
  • Communication Support: Handle and prioritize incoming calls emails and correspondence on behalf of the executives ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Documentation Preparation: Draft edit documents such as memos letters reports and other correspondence for the executives maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and oversee meetings conferences and special events. Prepare detailed agendas record minutes and ensure followup actions are implemented.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with executive assistants and administrative staff across departments to maintain seamless coordination and communication.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree from a reputable university.
  • Industry Experience: 1 2 years of experience in the financial or internet industry.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong documentation and administrative capabilities.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
