Job Description

Background

Strengthen the team in developing and operating the eCommerce search capability for a limited time until permanent hires are in place.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist in

Software development and DevOpsrelated tasks for the Search team.
The main product to work on is an eCommerce search engine written in Java and running in Compute Engine in GCP serving millions of requests per hour. Supporting systems and processes using e.g. BigQuery Apache Airflow Google Pub/Sub
A mix of remote work and inperson meetings in Malm /Helsingborg.

Requirements

Desired knowledge experience competence skills etc

Proficiency in Java development GCP ETL pipelines. Working as part of an agile team in a Kanban process. Helping to answer support requests from API consumers and stakeholders in retail.
