Job Description
- Be part of a team that should develop a nextgeneration intent classification model based on customer data in particular conversations and customer profiles.
- Participate in development (mostly Python) testing validation and launch.
Requirements
- Experience in using LLMs and NLP to do intent classification entity extraction and virtual agents/chatbots
- Experience from Google Cloud GCP VertexAI
- Previous IKEA experience especially working with IKEA customer data
- Need to be able to work onsite in Malm .
- Team player working in agile teams
- Able to explain AI LLMs and NLP to nontechnical people
- Experience in using LLMs and NLP to do intent classification entity extraction and virtual agents/chatbots
- Previous IKEA experience especially working with IKEA customer data
