Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through data analysis and troubleshooting.

- Support and manage tasks related to Cisco Commerce (preferred).
- Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries in a rotational shift model.
- Experience: 4 to 10 years in a customer care support role.
