Your Role
Reporting to the Alliance Management Director you will:
- Oversee the execution of research development and commercialization agreements.
- Lead governance activities resolve conflicts and monitor compliance with contract terms.
- Act as an internal expert on partner organizations aligning strategies to deliver mutual success.
- Support contract negotiations and provide input into new alliance agreements.
- Conduct regular reviews and ensure crossfunctional coordination with internal departments like legal finance and R&D.
Additionally youll manage and develop your team ensuring excellence in execution and cultivating a positive work environment.
What We re Looking For
- A Master s Degree in Economics Business Administration or Law.
- Experience in a similar or more junior role within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Expertise in managing license agreements and navigating complex project management landscapes.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); additional language skills in Italian French or German are a plus.
- A proactive diplomatic leader with outstanding analytical organizational and communication skills.
