We are looking for an enthusiastic Alliance Management Associate to join our clients team in Luxembourg. In this role you will manage a portfolio of license agreements that are central to the company s business operations. You will develop expertise in agreement management ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and facilitating coordination between internal departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of assigned license agreements and their implications.
Prepare analyses and ensure timely implementation of the company s contractual obligations globally in collaboration with Finance Legal and other departments.
Coordinate multidisciplinary activities to ensure successful execution of agreements.
Act as the liaison between the company and its partners consolidating information and economic data to support decisionmaking.
Build knowledge and experience to actively participate in agreement negotiations and eventually take on global responsibility for assigned license relationships.
University degree in Economics Business Administration or Law.
23 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Italian French German) are a plus.
Good knowledge of licensing agreements project management and partnership strategies.
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
Travel:
TOIL (Time Off In Lieu): 2 additional holidays for each year up to 6 days.
