Job Description

Were looking for an enthusiastic and detailoriented intern to join our Support team and play a key role in onboarding new WABA clients. You will work from our office in Noida to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process helping clients get verified and providing excellent customer service. This opportunity will allow you to gain valuable experience in the SAAS industry and learn about client onboarding best practices in a collaborative onsite environment.

MyOperator is Indias top cloud communications provider offering a comprehensive SAAS platform to 10000 businesses including IRCTC Razorpay and Amazon. Our services include Cloud Call Center IVR Tollfree Numbers and Enterprise Mobility. Responsibilities:

  • Guide new WABA clients through onboarding ensuring they understand all platform features and functionalities.

  • Verify client Facebook accounts following established procedures and assisting clients if needed.

  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of the activation process.

  • Generate reports (weekly and monthly) to track onboarding progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide exceptional customer service through clear and concise communication (written and verbal).

  • Collaborate with team members onsite to enhance support processes and strategies.

  • Assist the Support team with other tasks as assigned in an officebased setting.




Requirements


  • Strong written and spoken English skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and helpful attitude.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in using computers and comfortable with various software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) Science (BSc) or Arts (BA).

  • Ability to commute to and work in our Noida office location.
