Job Description
Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company s customer base and strengthen its market presence.
Present sales revenue and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and shifts in the industry while staying informed about new products and competitors.
Serve as the primary contact building longterm relationships with customers.
Discover new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maintain strong clientaccount manager relationships.
Collaborate and coordinate with the sales team and other departments working on the same accounts.
Cultivate longterm relationships with a portfolio of clients connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
Forecast and monitor key account metrics.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of IT sales experience.
- Preferably from a System Integrator (SI) background.
- Knowledge and experience in Infrastructure and/or Application Solutions and Development.
- Industry experience in the Public Sector GovernmentLinked Companies (GLC) Financial Institutions and Enterprise Accounts.
- Proven direct customerfacing experience with a track record of successfully opening new accounts.
- A Bachelor s Degree in any field is required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is necessary.

Education
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
