Our client is an international topnotch MarTech company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
This role includes specific task groups namely: HR leadership Talent Development and Succession Planning Employee Relations and Engagement Recruitment and Acquisition and HR Analytics.
Collaborate with General Managers to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives fostering organizational growth and cultural cohesion.
Design and oversee comprehensive HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements at both local and regional levels.
Drive performance management initiatives with a focus on implementing training programs to boost performance of employees and team .
Identify and nurture highpotential talent by creating succession plans and leadership pipelines to ensure the company s longterm growth.
Act as a strategic advisor on employee relations promoting positive workplace dynamics and providing guidance to managers on HRrelated issues.
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives including professional development and recognition programs to enhance satisfaction and cultivate a positive work culture.
Develop and manage recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to meet dynamic business needs emphasizing improved hiring quality and retention rates.
Partner with regional teams to optimize recruitment processes and enhance talent management practices.
Deliver datadriven insights to seniors through HR metrics enabling informed decisions on workforce planning performance management and organizational health.
A Bachelor s degree in Human Resource or related fields.
At least 8 years of experience in HR especially in HRBP roles. Proficient English is a must.
Comprehensive knowledge of Labor Code and C&B.
Working living or studying abroad is a plus.
Ability to work in a multicultural and fastpaced environment openminded and strong interpersonal skills.
