They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at our caf like coworking in Delhi/Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in restaurant management with a passion for corporate social responsibility (CSR). This role will involve leading a team ensuring operational excellence and fostering a communityoriented atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations of the cafe ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Enforce health hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit train and supervise staff fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure employees align with the company s values including CSR initiatives.
- Customer Engagement
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer queries or complaints effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and customer retention.
- CSR and Community Engagement
- Develop and integrate CSR activities into daily cafe operations.
- Partner with local organizations to promote social causes through the cafe.
- Organize events and workshops to enhance the cafe s community presence.
- Financial Management
- Monitor budgets control costs and ensure profitability.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Ensure timely reporting of financial and operational metrics to the management team.
Who You Are:
Experience: 3 years in cafe or restaurant management; CSR exposure is a strong plus.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Passion for hospitality and a commitment to social responsibility.
o Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic financial analysis.
