Job Description:
As an AP and AR Manager you will oversee the daytoday operations of accounts receivable and accounts payable ensuring accurate and timely invoicing collections payments and reconciliations. You will lead and develop a highperforming team provide valuable insights through financial analysis and optimize processes to ensure efficiency in financial operations.

Your Daily Tasks:
- Lead AR and AP Operations: Oversee the daytoday operations of accounts receivable and accounts payable managing invoicing collections vendor payments and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide direction coaching and support to the AR and AP teams fostering professional growth and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Review and analyze AR and AP reports to monitor cash flow aging and outstanding balances identifying key insights for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to streamline AR and AP workflows enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics for the AR and AP teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals and identifying areas for improvement.
- Cash Flow Oversight: Ensure timely collections and payments to optimize cash flow and maintain a strong working capital position for the company.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Business or a related field.
- Experience: 12 years in a leadership role within AR AP or general accounting.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both spoken and written English for effective communication with global teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in financial transactions and recordkeeping.
