We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital transformation services and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the IT services or technology sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
What you ll do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Lead content marketing and thought leadership initiatives to position the company as an industry leader.
- Manage digital marketing channels (SEO SEM social media email) and analyze campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools and materials that support sales efforts.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute events and industry engagements to promote the brand.
- Oversee and mentor the marketing team to achieve department goals.
- Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on Demand Generation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A. Proven advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform B. Previous experience of working with software and application development C. Ability to problem solve high-level software with application issues. D. Experience delivering customer-facing interfaces E. Ability to Project Manage workload and deliverables F. Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to communicate with both business effectively and technical teams G. Interpreting end-user needs into Salesforce H. Working hand in hand with client to collect business necessities and identify business procedures I. Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture J. Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers K. Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services L. Strong understanding of relational databases M. Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)
