What you ll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition retention and engagement on our SaaS culinary platform with a focus on food contracting business.
- Generate inbounds lead which is linked to the revenue targets for the company.
- Focus on Partner marketing analyze market and formulate suitable partnership and create a marketplace.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product sales and customer success to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Identifying and positioning our products in new geography/markets.
- Collaborate with the management and the finance team to regulate the pricing strategy.
- Lead the development of marketing collateral including website content blog posts case studies whitepapers and social media content highlighting the benefits of our culinary suite for selfoperators and food contractors.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email social media search engine optimization (SEO) and payperclick (PPC) advertising targeting contract caterers and their customers.
- Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement with a focus on maximizing the impact of our culinary suite.
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation particularly in the food contract management sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders influencers and partners in the contract catering industry to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage marketing budget effectively allocate resources efficiently and ensure ROI targets are met for marketing efforts targeting contract caterers.
- Lead and mentor a highperforming marketing team fostering a culture of collaboration creativity and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role preferably in the SaaS or culinary industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive user acquisition retention and engagement with experience in the contract catering sector preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including email marketing social media marketing SEO PPC advertising and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data draw insights and make datadriven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and mentoring a team of marketers.
- Passion for the culinary industry and a deep understanding of culinary trends and preferences with a focus on the contract catering sector.

A. Proven advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform B. Previous experience of working with software and application development C. Ability to problem solve high-level software with application issues. D. Experience delivering customer-facing interfaces E. Ability to Project Manage workload and deliverables F. Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to communicate with both business effectively and technical teams G. Interpreting end-user needs into Salesforce H. Working hand in hand with client to collect business necessities and identify business procedures I. Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture J. Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers K. Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services L. Strong understanding of relational databases M. Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)
