Position : Account Executive
Working Schedule : 8am5pm EST
Salary Range :$2500 $3000 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Role Overview: The Account Executive manages customer relationships books orders and shipments and oversees the customer onboarding process to ensure satisfaction. They handle pricing agreements assist operations with trucking schedules and refresh online postings to attract new customers. The role requires planning negotiations and identifying opportunities for profitability with growth potential for candidates willing to learn.
Position Responsibilities:
- Prevent material backlog and ensure payments are timely.
- Maintain an active customer pipeline and refresh postings regularly.
- Manage all new leads using CRM (HubSpot).
- Onboard and maintain customer relationships ensuring satisfaction.
- Optimize margins by negotiating better deals and strategically allocating materials to meet customer and business needs.
- Act as a liaison for onboarding new customers ensuring smooth communication between departments.
- Handle customer samples complaints and pricing decisions independently maintaining high customer satisfaction with prompt responses.
- Vet new leads and ensure there is always an active pipeline of new potential customers.
Typical Day:
- Collaborate with a dynamic team at a highgrowth company.
- Schedule discovery calls to introduce potential customers to our services.
- Negotiate highvolume buy/sell deals with customers.
- Update and maintain customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
- Contact prospects to explore sales opportunities.
- Conduct sales to existing customers via phone and email.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions.
- Identify and pursue purchasing opportunities.
- Contribute to procurement sales and systems management.
- Educate customers on company processes.
- Coordinate with operations to set up customer trucking schedules.
- Analyze and manage projects through the sales process.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Sales: Engage in bulk sales maintain CRM create invoices and follow up on opportunities.
- Project Management: Manage member projects plan materials and onboard members.
- Purchasing/Procurement: Identify purchasing opportunities and meet monthly quotas.
Job Details & Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in sales and problemsolving.
- Proficiency in MS Office QuickBooks CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills especially in phone sales and experience in the trucking and shipping industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Familiarity with communication tools like WhatsApp Slack and Zoom.
