Overview of the Position
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager/Customer Success Representative to manage and nurture relationships with our 200 customers across Latin America. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Outbound Communication: Conduct frequent outbound calls and Zoom meetings to engage with clients address their concerns and provide updates.
- Client Meetings: Regularly meet with clients to discuss their requirements provide solutions and ensure their ongoing success with our products/services.
- Salesforce Expertise: Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions manage demand and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and communicate customer issues to the appropriate internal teams ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Demand Tracking: Monitor and track customer demand providing insights and feedback to the sales and product teams.
Requirements: - Have extensive experience in account management or customer success roles preferably for U.S. companies. This is a missioncritical position. Required years of experience are 25
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is required.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English
