You will drive sales and business development activities for Rotogravure Printing Cylinders. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with a strong knowledge of the printing industry excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales in the printing packaging industry.
Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets. Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential opportunities. Analyze sales data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
Sales Operations: This is an individual contributor role that entails managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Coordinate with the factory to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 37 years of experience in sales management preferably in the printing or packaging industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
