Job Description

We are on the hunt for a proactive resultsdriven External Sales Executive with a knack for connecting with businesses and a deep understanding of the power of digital advertising.

Your mission: to drive revenue by selling our clients unique digital advertising spaces in shopping centers and other commercial properties. This role is more than just sales; it s about building longterm partnerships using datadriven insights to convince clients and showing them the immense value of advertising in our smart strategically located spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Hunt Like a Pro: Identify and pursue new business opportunities targeting brands agencies and businesses that can benefit from advertising in shopping centers and hightraffic locations. You should know how to knock on doors make the calls and build a pipeline from scratch.
  • Sell with Data: Use our clients unique AIdriven analytics to craft compelling sales pitches backed by real data that demonstrates the effectiveness of their digital advertising spaces. You won t just be selling ad space you ll be selling measurable impact.
  • Drive Real Results: Own the sales process from start to finish. You ll generate leads set up meetings deliver pitches handle objections negotiate contracts and close deals. You know how to turn a no into a yes and a small account into a big one.
  • Build Partnerships: Develop and maintain deep trusted relationships with clients becoming their goto advisor on everything related to digital advertising and how it can help their business. Understand their needs anticipate challenges and deliver customized advertising solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor market trends competitor activity and client needs to identify new sales opportunities. You should know the latest in digital marketing and be able to speak confidently about industry trends digital innovations and the future of advertising.
  • Represent Our Client Where It Matters: Attend industry events trade shows and networking functions. Be the face of our client representing their innovative approach to advertising and expanding their client base.
  • Own the Numbers: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. This isn t just about hitting the numbers; it s about redefining what s possible and pushing yourself to achieve more every day.

  • StreetSmart Sales Professional: 35 years of sales experience with a proven track record in media advertising or digital marketing. You ve got the grit and the grind of a streetsmart salesperson not just a desk jockey.
  • DataDriven Storyteller: You know how to turn numbers into stories and stories into sales. You re comfortable with data analytics and leveraging them to close deals.
  • Closer by Nature: You re a naturalborn closer who loves the thrill of the chase and doesn t take no for an answer. You see objections as opportunities not obstacles.
  • Relationship Builder Extraordinaire: You have a talent for connecting with people understanding their needs and fostering longterm partnerships. You re not just in it for the quick win but for the enduring client relationship.
  • Fearless and Flexible: You re comfortable with ambiguity thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt quickly to changes. You re a selfstarter who takes ownership of your work and isn t afraid to step outside your comfort zone.
