Job Description

Position : COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Work Hours : Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM PST
Holidays : US and Canada
Pay Range : USDper month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)
Recruitment process: with Client Assessment

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to member inquiries via email and chat providing professional and timely support during PST hours.
  • Slack Channel Management: Monitor and manage our Slack community engage in discussions and respond to member questions to keep the conversation active.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with comments facilitate connections between members and ensure that all community members feel supported and valued.
  • Event & Workshop Support: Assist with setting up event pages on platforms like Lu.Ma keeping event details updated and coordinating with guest speakers to gather bios and event descriptions.
  • Mentor Office Hour Support: Manage mentor cancellations and notify waitlisted members of any openings.
  • Administrative Support: Help track campaign success prepare reports for advertisers and manage followup communications.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Canva for basic design tasks.
  • Familiarity with Slack or similar communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently during PST hours.
