Job Description: Business Development Manager (BPO)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to promote growth in BPO services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging strong networking and lead generation skills.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective client management practices.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish business goals and develop relevant metrics to monitor progress.
- Create compelling presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Expand business operations domestically through targeted outreach and relationshipbuilding efforts.
- Engage in public relations activities to enhance company visibility and reputation in the marketplace.
- Monitor competition and industry developments to inform business strategies.
Essential
- Strong understanding of BPO operations and the business development landscape within this sector or similar sector.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
- Expertise in creating and delivering presentations that engage and persuade.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years and maximum of 20 years of relevant experience in business development within BPO or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business growth achievements.
- Experience in managing and nurturing client relationships for longterm success.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM tools and other business management software.
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly salary: R50000 R80000 commensurate with experience.
