Salary Range : $1000 $2500 USD per month
Client Overview: We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company managing multiple DirecttoConsumer (D2C) ecommerce brands selling products in different niches such as the pet niche fashion niche fitness niche etc. primarily advertising on platforms like Instagram & Facebook. We usually sell one product for our new brands our “hero” product and we are looking for an email marketer who can help increase our customer LTV grow our email lists capture lost revenue etc. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our email marketing efforts across all our D2C ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in email marketing specifically within the ecommerce sector and will be adept at using platforms like Klaviyo. Key Responsibilities: - Email Strategy & List Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our email subscriber lists across all brands.
- Utilize email popups and other lead generation tactics to capture new subscribers.
- Customer Nurturing & Retention:
- Create and manage email campaigns that nurture customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop personalized content to engage different customer segments.
- Automated Email Flows:
- Set up and optimize automated email flows such as abandoned cart abandoned checkout welcome series and reengagement campaigns.
- Monitor and adjust flows to maximize recovery of lost revenue.
- Content Calendar Development:
- Create comprehensive content calendars outlining the schedule and strategy for upcoming email campaigns.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
- Launch email campaigns for new product launches

- Email Design & Copywriting:
- Craft compelling email copy that resonates with our target audience.
- Design visually appealing and brandconsistent email templates using graphic design skills.
- A/B Testing & Optimization:
- Conduct split tests on email designs subject lines and content to identify what drives higher engagement and conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor key email marketing metrics (open rates clickthrough rates conversion rates) and generate regular performance reports.
- Use datadriven insights to inform and improve future campaigns.
- Increase Customer LTV
- Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g. CANSPAM GDPR).
- Stay updated on the latest email marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications: - Experience:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in email marketing for D2C ecommerce brands.
- Proven expertise with email marketing platforms particularly Klaviyo.
- Skills:
- Strong graphic design abilities with proficiency in design tools
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus (but not required)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
- Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms.
