Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Engage in comprehensive business planning and development to identify new opportunities within the market.
- Manage key accounts effectively ensuring strong relationships with clients to foster sustained business engagement.
- Oversee the supplier management process to ensure quality service delivery and optimal supply chain performance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to forecast trends and inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align business objectives and strategies.
- Report on business development outcomes and recommend strategies for improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 20 years of relevant experience in business development.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in supplier management and key account management is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: R600000 R900000 depending on experience and qualifications.
