Power and Internet Backup is a MUST.
1. Responsible for managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations. 2. Identify the needs of the client and find a solution to them. 3. Answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs.
Education
At least 2nd-year college or Senior high school graduate (with experience), or high school graduate with at least 6 months experience.
