Collaboration:
oWork with teams and stakeholders to capture validate and document business and
system requirements.
oInteract with customers and key stakeholders to document functional and nonfunctional
needs.
oBuild and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and thirdparty suppliers.
Analysis:
oAnalyse existing system documentation to summarize functionality.
oSupport team in analysing business requirements and technical specifications.
oIdentify and analyse operational risks issues and dependencies.
Requirements Gathering:
oElicit requirements using various techniques (interviews workshops surveys etc.).
oEnsure requirements are ready just in time to reduce risk and allow for feedbackdriven
changes.
Support and Innovation:
oContribute to designing highquality solutions providing demonstrable value.
oIdentify opportunities to improve and remove waste including automation.
oSupport feature team activities like creating and executing test scenarios facilitating UAT
and documenting requirements met by test results.
Continuous Improvement:
oStay updated with industry best practices technology and customer trends.
oContribute to defining and maintaining architecture methods related to the change
management framework.
Location : Pune & Chennai. Open for other location if they are immediate joiners.
Notice Period : Immediate.
Level : Consultant/Sr Consultant.
Key Skills : BFS (Retail Banking) Business Analyst Cards and Payments SQL NoSQL Mongodb.
Data Migration. Reconciliation Tableau/Qlik/Power BI Data Mapping Data Analysis.
