Role Description
This is a fulltime remote role for a Social Media Manager at a growing US based company. The Social Media Lead will be responsible for overseeing both the strategy and execution of social media initiatives with a focus on driving growth engagement and brand awareness across multiple platforms.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in social media management
- A strong command of the written and spoken english language
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and adapting strategies.
- Deep understanding of platforms like Instagram LinkedIn Facebook TikTok etc.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar for content creation.
- Experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on various platforms.
- Strong proficiency in performance analytics and design tools.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with the initiative to innovate and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Create and execute strategies to drive account growth enhance engagement and boost brand visibility.
- Paid Advertising: Oversee and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and TikTok to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
- Content Creation & Brand Voice: Develop compelling content that reflects the brand’s voice and builds a strong online presence beyond just static posts.
- Outreach & Partnerships: Implement strategies to collaborate with influencers partners and other brands increasing visibility.
- Social Media Expertise: Apply a deep understanding of social media platforms staying current with trends and best practices.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to continuously improve social media strategies.
- Community Engagement: Build meaningful interactions and foster community engagement through targeted content strategies.
Compensation
$1000 $2000 per month paid in USD depending on experience.
