Data Entry Clerk
Pay: $17/HR
Hours: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Oklahoma City Oklahoma
Job Description:
Join us as a Data Entry Clerk where youll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. Your attention to detail and organizational ss will help maintain effective records that support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data across various systems and databases ensuring precision in all entries.
- Data Review: Review data for errors correct discrepancies and maintain organized records to ensure data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure data accuracy and generate reports as required.
- Clerical Support: Provide clerical support including filing scanning and retrieving data while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Ss Required:
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry or office administration particularly in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is a plus.
- Technical Ss: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
- Typing Ss: Strong typing ss with a high attention to detail and organization.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
