WHO YOU ARE
You are the transitional care expert guiding patients from critical care to recovery with precision and compion. Your role in the stepdown unit ensures that patients are le and wellsupported as they move towards less intensive care. You monitor complex conditions respond to changes in patient status and collaborate with the broader medical team to ensure a smooth transition. Your toolkit Advanced monitoring equipment and a keen ability to notice subtle changes in patient condition ensuring that nothing is overlooked. Your superpower The ability to provide seamless care bridging the gap between the ICU and regular patient care with confidence and s. Your work ensures that patients recover smoothly and safely with the support they need at every step.

THE DEETS
This is a 13 week Travel/ Local contractand it has a Start Date of ASAP
THE SHIFTS
Working 12 hour shifts 3 shifts per week on a PM shift pattern
THE MUST AVS
You hold a valid PCCN (Progressive Care Certified Nurse) or equivalent and if required the appropriate valid state license.
THE PAY
HOURLY PAY: $57.80 SHIFT PAY: $693.60 WEEKLY PAY: $2080.80 TRAVEL TAX FREE: $1456.56
THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT: Illustratively the weekly pay is based on these patterns: 8hour shifts 5 days (40 hours) 9hour shifts 4 days (36 hours) 10hour shifts 4 days (40 hours) 12hour shifts 3 days (36 hours). For PER DIEM/ PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay. **Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role based on location and experience level has range of $1768.68 $2392.92
