WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Working overnight from 11pm to 7am.
- A part time position with 30 hours guaranteed per week over a regular roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Assist the Night Manager on Duty with daily balancing and reconciliation across the night audit process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly efficiently and courteously during checkin checkout and for the duration of our guests stay.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.
- Assist guests with luggage and other concierge duties as required.
- Take responsibility of Manager on Duty tasks and responsibilities in their absence.
Qualifications :
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills contributing to positive customer service experience preferably working within a Front Office department within a Hotel or Resort.
- Competent computer user with competency in the Microsoft Suite preferred and experience with Opera PMS highly regarded.
- An ability to work overnight shifts across a 7day roster with the availability to work shifts across 7 days including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous Night Audit experience preferable.
