Position: Operations istant
Salary:USD
Schedule: UK Time/ to be discussed
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage all live orders from order placement to delivery completed
- Contact and liaise with merchants customers and couriers in the event an order needs support
- Maintain data hygiene within our Operational tools when interacting with and managing orders
- Engage with customers and prospects to gather insights and understanding on how they perceive the platform and the service
- Manage the app’s Live Chat functionality and emails via Hubspot
- Answering incoming calls via bOnline phone system
Requirements and Tools:
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service Customer Experience Operations or Sales role
- Experience within the trades or construction industry is preferable but not required
- Experience using a CRM for tracking customer interactions client uses Hubspot
- Digitally native and comfortable using multiple webbased tools to track and manage deliveries
- Comfortable working in a highly ambiguous environment where processes are constantly reviewed to provide a more scalable business
- Good communication ss both internally with your colleagues and externally with merchants and customers
- Experience using Microsoft Office / Google Docs to a high level of proficiency
