Job Description
As a Citrix Administrator you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Citrix environments to ensure availability and performance. A typical day includes:
Ticket Management: Respond to and resolve support tickets including troubleing and configuration tasks.
Environment Maintenance: Proactively monitor Citrix infrastructure via DaaS inform regular updates to teams on issues and ensure optimal performance of virtual environments.
Knowledge Base Articles: Develop and update technical whitepapers and doentation on best practices system architecture configuration guidelines and troubleing issues.
Learning & Development: Allocate time for structured learning to stay updated on Citrix advancements new tools and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve support tickets.
Ensure continuous availability of Citrix environments.
Create and maintain technical doentation.
Stay current with Citrix technologies through organized learning.
Collaborate with Build Teams to share recommendations on design and implement solutions that enhance system resilience and reduce downtime.
Requirements
Technical Ss Required:
Citrix Technologies: Citrix Cloud Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (7.15 LTSR 2203 LTSR) and understanding on Citrix ADC (NetScaler).
Operating Systems: Windows Server Active Directory (AD) Group Policies Printing (FSLogix) and more.
Networking: Fundamentals of TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN firewalls load balancing and more.
Virtualization: Fundamentals of VMware or any other Hypervisor
Monitoring Tools: Citrix DaaS (Mandatory) ProcMon Process Explorer Wireshark trace thirdparty monitoring solutions is added advantage (e.g. SolarWinds Nagios).
Managed large scale/ distributed Citrix infrastructure solution deployments and have handled deployment & operations
Proactively monitored and respond to tickets within service level agreement (SLA)
Hands on troubleing Citrix Login and Launch issues for the users.
Good understanding on compliance with hands on experience on Citrix server maintenance.
Strong understanding of Windows environments and virtualization
Proven experience in Citrix administration and support.

Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech/MCA or Equivalent with Work Experience.
Citrix Certifications Windows Certifications other certifications are added advantage
Requirements: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent 5+ years Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds 5+ years of experience with technical Salesforce implementations & development projects 4 + years in a consulting environment Strong client management & client communication experience 3+ years experience in Financial Services (Banking, Wealth & et Management expertise highly desired) 2+ years Financial Service Cloud (FSC) required Strong understanding of relational databases & working with large data sets Application development experience with Apex, JavaScript, Java, C#, SQL or similar Proficiency with APIs -- REST and SOAP-based web services (SOA) Experience in Object Oriented concepts and design, experience with OO languages Proficient in SFDC technologies including configuration and custom development Active in the Salesforce or other technical communities in the form of blogs, stack exchange posts, github and the like. Preferred Ss & Attributes: Experience working with On & Off-Shore teams Leadership/mentorship of more junior developers & other technologists Polyglot with experience in both OO and functional programming languages like Java, Ruby, Python, JavaScript One or more current Salesforce.com certifications Nice to Have experience; nCino, velocity, Omni, MuleSoft
