$2080.80 pay per week for 36 hours of work

WHO YOU ARE
You are the bridge between critical care and regular medical units providing specialized care for patients who require close monitoring but not full ICU support. In the PCU you manage patients with complex needs ensuring they receive the care required to ilize and improve. Your role involves monitoring vitals managing medications and providing interventions as needed for patients with fluctuating conditions. You are sed in handling a wide range of situations from early signs of distress to managing recovery. Your toolkit Cardiac monitors infusion systems and continuous essments. Your superpowers Acute clinical knowledge quick adaptability and strong communication. You are observant decisive and committed to patient recovery. Every shift you help patients transition toward better health and ility. Thats the balance you bring in progressive care.

THE DEETS
This is a 13 week Travel/ Local contractand it has a Start Date of 23Dec24
THE SHIFTS
Working 12 hour shifts 3 shifts per week on a PM shift pattern
THE MUST AVS
You hold a valid PCCN (Progressive Care Certified Nurse) or equivalent and if required the appropriate valid state license.
THE PAY
HOURLY PAY: $57.80 SHIFT PAY: $693.60 WEEKLY PAY: $2080.80 TRAVEL TAX FREE: $1456.56
THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT: Illustratively the weekly pay is based on these patterns: 8hour shifts 5 days (40 hours) 9hour shifts 4 days (36 hours) 10hour shifts 4 days (40 hours) 12hour shifts 3 days (36 hours). For PER DIEM/ PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay. **Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role based on location and experience level has range of $1768.68 $2392.92
