Marketing istant Influencer (PH)
Remote Freelance Position
40 hours Per Week
$58/hour ($) (Final offer will depend on the client’s approval and essment of the candidate’s overall qualifications)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a marketing istant to support our influencer marketing team. In this role you will support the influencer team to source research and work with different creators to make content. This includes finding new creators researching their channel statistics and subsequently coordinating with the creators and their teams to ensure a smooth process from introduction to final payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Influencer lead in sourcing new creators and finding the relevant contact & channel statistics for different creators.
- Support the influencer lead in managing contracts shipping products getting invoices and ensuring payment for creators we are collaborating with.
- Keeping track of and recording results for creator collaborations once content goes live.
- Coordinating & managing any post partnership activities (i.e. managing content transfer where applicable sending thank you notes and gifts where applicable)
Required Ss & Qualifications:
- Minimum 23 years working experience working with creators or influencers
- A working understanding of American culture and creator trends on key channels like IG and Tiktok
- Knowledge working with google sheets and preparing reports
- An excellent command of the written and spoken English
Scope of Work & Pay
- This is a remote position that requires commitment to working US EST hours (9 am 5 pm)
- Pay of $58/hr
- 40 hours per week
