Position: Sr. Growth Marketing Designer
Work hours: Monday to Friday TBD

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Create visually stunning and highconverting marketing collateral including banners email layouts and landing pages.
- Shopify Expertise: Develop and maintain Shopify pages and themes using Liquid HTML CSS and JavaScript ensuring they are optimized for performance.
- CRO & AB Testing: Implement and yze conversion rate optimization strategies using tools such as Mida VWO Optimizely and Customer.io. Present insights and results to the team.
- Video Editing: Edit engaging video content for platforms like YouTube TikTok and LinkedIn using tools like CapCut or Klap.app tailored for social media audiences.
- Framer Proficiency: Create seamless landing pages and other web ets using Figma and Framer ensuring a cohesive user experience across platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Use data and metrics to measure the success of design ets and campaigns continuously iterating based on performance insights.
- Copywriting: Develop compelling copy for landing pages emails and ads that align with brand voice and optimize for conversions.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in growth marketing CRO and social media and apply these insights to your work.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in growth marketing design with an emphasis on CRO email and landing page design.
- Expertise in Figma Framer Shopify (Liquid CSS JS HTML) and creating compelling landing pages and advertisements.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members while working independently on highlevel design projects.
- Proven ability to run and yze campaigns with tools such as Mida VWO and Optimizely.
- Proficiency in social media video editing software (CapCut Klap.app) with a portfolio showcasing content for YouTube TikTok LinkedIn etc.
- A stellar portfolio of landing pages web design email layouts and other brand ets demonstrating excellent visual design ss.
- Strong copywriting ss particularly for landing pages and ad campaigns.
- Fluent English with the ability to present results and explain design decisions effectively.
