Main Purpose of the Role
As a Sales Graduate at GM Packaging your role will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts forward. You’ll be on the front lines cold calling potential customers pitching our industryleading packaging solutions and booking appointments. Your focus will be on local takeaways independent eateries and mediumsized chains (up to 10 outlets) where you’ll find receptive and eager customers ready to hear what you have to offer.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling: Engage potential customers with enthusiasm making impactful first impressions to generate interest in our products.
Pitching: Present our packaging solutions to local businesses highlighting how GM Packaging can meet their needs.
Quoting: Prepare and follow up on quotes ensuring a smooth and professional process from inquiry to sale.
FollowUps: Stay on top of leads maintaining communication and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into clients.
CRM Management: Keep our CRM system updated with all relevant information helping to streamline our sales process.
Appointment Setting: Work alongside our appointments team to ensure meetings are booked and sales opportunities are maximized.
Progression Opportunities
This role is more than just a Sales Graduate position—it’s a launching pad for your sales career. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow into Inside Sales Manager or External Sales Manager roles leading the charge in expanding our customer base and driving revenue.
