Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Macrae considers its collective intelligence one of the major components to its success. The ociate

Knowledge Manager works in individual local teams and as part of a global knowledge management task

force. The primary function of this role is to ensure that the Company s collective intelligence is entered

into the database in a timely and accurate manner so that it is accessible to all recruiting teams globally.

The primary duties of the ociate Knowledge Manager include but are not limited to the following:

Collect information from recruiters Knowledge Managers and Strategic Researchers for data

entry

Enter data from source doents into the prescribed computer databases (SharePoint and

Invenias)

Check source doents/data for accuracy

Verify data and correct data where necessary

Obtain further information for incomplete doents or system entries

Update data and archive unnecessary/outdated files

Combine and rearrange data from source doents where required

Transcribe information into the required electronic format

Check completed work for accuracy

Store completed doents in designated locations

Respond to requests for information and access relevant data

Comply with Company data integrity and security policies

Work with the local Knowledge Management team to ensure that the recruiters and managers

receive superior administrative support

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional work experience in legal recruiting or professional services

industries is highly preferred. Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience is required (JDs

welcome). Comfortable and thrives working in a highvolume work environment. Ability to successfully

manage multiple deadlines selfstarter mature attitude creative problem solver taskoriented

attention to detail and sound judgment. Highlevel proficiency in written and oral communications.

Strong technical aptitude and excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
